In this 2 hour session, bring an issue you want to shed light on to access your higher self's capacities, including:
powerful healing energies
compassionate insights
& loving inner guidance.
Session blends guided meditations, compassion practices, reflection and optional sharing.
How does this work?
We will listen to music that has been specifically designed to awaken our intuition. By opening our heart, relaxing our mind and activating our inner senses, we can receive insights and guidance about an issue we are trying to resolve. We will also connect deeply with our hearts and strengthen our loving connection to ourselves.
